One-click mods and plugins are available on supported games, setup guides cover each game, and real people handle support. Groups can also split the monthly bill with a shared payment link. Jessica is Desk Sparrow's AI receptionist. She answers with the business's greeting and approved information, books a confirmed time or takes a complete message, and directs urgent callers to the on-call number. Calls, leads, and appointments stay in one workspace, with rules for handing a call to a person and review requests after completed jobs. The website has recorded example calls for each trade.
